XYC’s aim is to bring together a like-minded community of sailors who share a mutual fascination for the sport
and lifestyle and to offer them a platform where they can train on state-of-the-art racing boats under the supervision of
high-level, experienced coaches whilst being matched with the perfect team in order to achieve the level of training
necessary to win their dream races.
The Club’s annual racing agenda features participation in some the most prestigious, must-do, international races in
the sailing world such as ARC Transatlantic Race, Rolex Cups and many more.
Lifelong Sailing Education
Learning and skill-development is a never-ending journey that starts when the sailor is a novice and continues
throughout their life at sea. XYC has partnered with leading sailing education institutes to offer numerous courses
and seminars both online and offline. The courses will be taught at sea and on shore and are designed for sailors at
any stage of their sailing career. XYC welcomes sailors that are passionate about searching for the wind and sailing
fast across untethered waters.
Sailing Adventures & Bespoke Cruises
When not busy preparing or participating in races, XYC’s team will be cruising around the world, offering bespoke leisure adventures to both members and non-members as well as their families. XYC is inviting sailors from every angle of the world to participate in unforgettable, immersive sailing experiences.
Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging
XYC believes in diversification and is a proud supporter of gender and age balance in the sport. Some of our events will be dedicated to women’s and youth teams.
The Club will host developmental youth camps where young sailors will learn from trainers with World Class and Olympic Games background. Young sailors will get to explore themselves at sea and learn about racing exclusive, top-notch boats.

XYC’s mission is to create a unique community of like-minded sailor-adventurers and to provide them with the guidance and support needed for them to participate in (and win) their dream races, living out life-changing experiences at sea. XYC is a true ‘citizen of the world’ Club, catering to sailors from every part of earth and from all paths of life.

There are three crucial elements that are necessary to win a race: The right boat, the right training and the right team.
To help its members succeed at every race, XYC will offer both online and offline seminars, where sailors can hone their skills and train for the challenges at sea.
XYC’s Team has unified all these three elements in their operation strategy in order to provide its Members a unique winning formula: access to elite training, sailing on a-grade sailing yachts and the synergy from a dedicated team.
XYC’s Team takes care of all the planning, administration and behind-the-scenes work for every race allowing it’s Members to free their mind from the minute details and to immerse themselves fully in the challenge, fun and adrenaline of racing.

Along with the training offered by XYC’s Head Coaches, the Club will also offer training programs in partnership with renowned sailing educational institutes.

Having started his sailing career at the age of 10, he holds many titles as champion in national and international sailing races and is a sought-after specialist in the sailing yacht and sailmaking industries, as a trainer and mentor but above all, a passionate ambassador of the sailing lifestyle.

With over a decade of sail consulting, Aviram has become one of Israel’s most experienced sail experts. Aviram spent his youth racing amongst many one design classes. He is a former Israeli national team member in the 420 & 470 classes and participated in many national races all over the world in smaller one designs and larger keel boats. Aviram gives back to the sport by being active in the local racing scene and with any sailor that comes his way that is looking to enhance their sailing experience, whether it be fine-tuning a mast and rig set up, or putting together an optimum sail inventory, and more.

As each member of XYC is carefully selected and undergoes a strict screening prior to joining, all Members can rest assured that the Team they will be paired with for races are on the same level of sailing experience, each bringing their unique talents and skills to the team whilst also the same passion, discipline and dedication to winning.

Although the Club is headquartered in Cyprus, all its activities are operated globally hence our Members form a truly international community from all ends of the earth.

Creating a harmonious community is vital for XYC. The Club seeks ambitious individuals that are strong team players and who seek to join a team where they can grow as individuals and most importantly sailors.
The Club adheres to a very selective approach to its members and will only accept experienced sailors and like-minded individuals with an aligned vision and goals when it comes to sailing and racing.
